Buderus relies on proven components for the new low-temperature cast iron boilers Logano G225
|
At ISH 2009, the Logano G225 celebrates a premiere in two versions at once: as Logano G225 BE with integrated Logatop BE blue-flame burner and as Logano G225 SE with fan-assisted unit burner. Both versions use components of guaranteed robustness which have proved their value millions of times in modern heating systems. The special grey cast iron material is one such component: with this material, heating surfaces and combustion chamber can be freely shaped to ensure optimum use of the heat flow. Moreover, special grey cast iron conducts heat particularly effectively. The two oil-fired low-temperature cast iron boilers will be available in Southern and Eastern Europe in autumn 2009.
As a low-temperature boiler, the Logano G225 can also be operated with return-flow heating water at a low inflow temperature. A minimum temperature limit is not required. In both series, the thermostream technology patented by Buderus ensures safety and longevity. This technology mixes the hot inflow water with the cold returning water and thus prevents condensation forming in the boiler blocks.
Each version has its own characteristic properties. The Logano G225 BE was designed for a rated output between 45 and 68 kW. Thanks to the Logatop BE blue-flame burner with ceramic flue pipe as standard feature, the oil burns very quietly and without sooting. The integrated burner also contributes to the boiler's efficiency, with the result that standard efficiency values of up to 96 percent can be achieved. In addition, the oil-fired cast iron boiler can be controlled most conveniently with the Logamatic EMS control system.
The Logano G225 SE offers not only good value for money, but also a large output range from 50 to 95 kW. Its unit oil burner has high power reserves thanks to the hybrid blower technology, with the result that the boiler achieves standard efficiency values of up to 94 percent. Reliable, energy-efficient operation of the heating system is assured by the Logamatic 2000 and Logamatic 4000 control systems.
